Of everyone who walked past the store, who came in?
We measure the flow from the sidewalk to inside the store.
Measure storefront traffic, glances, attention, and store entry as one funnel.
Foot traffic alone cannot explain storefront performance
Traffic and entry counts are usually separated, so teams cannot prove whether a shopper who saw the window display actually walked in. This setup connects that missing response into one conversion funnel.
You only know how many people passed.
Who looked or slowed down remains unknown.
Display response and actual entry stay disconnected.
Industries this solution mostly serves
Measure the moment attention becomes an entrance
Connect pass, glance, attention, and entrance as one anonymous funnel. See which screen and time block changes direction and brings a shopper through the door.

Pass · glance · attention · entry
Measure behavior from sidewalk to doorway as anonymous events.
Display response to entry
Connect attention at the screen to a real walk-in.
Creative · time · store
Compare the conditions that produce stronger entrance conversion.
Storefront · schedule · conversion
Improve window content and entrance operations with observed behavior.
Read pass-to-entrance conversion in one operating view
See daily Pass–Glance–Attention–Entrance movement, creative-level entry conversion, and time-of-day performance in one dashboard.

Attention and entry by creative
Connect campaign attention to real entrances and apply the result to the next storefront schedule.

Storefront media and entrance performance share one number
Connect real traffic to real entrances
Explain observed conversion after attention instead of reading traffic and entry separately.
See which screen brings people inside
Compare attention and entrance by creative and time block, then repeat what performs.
Compare storefront investment across stores
Evaluate different locations through the same pass-to-entrance funnel.
Connected attention and entry prove storefront investment

Linking who saw the signage to who actually walked in showed that a ¥140,000 investment paid off.
Measure conversion with entrance cameras and an AI Box
Exterior and entrance camera frames are processed and discarded inside the AI Box. Only visit-scoped events and aggregated conversion values reach the cloud.

Window and entrance cameras
Connect camera views that capture storefront response and real entry.
On-device connection
Join response and entry within a single visit, without storing biometric data.
CMS and conversion dashboard
Connect content schedules to entrance conversion and produce storefront performance.
What teams ask before deployment
Q01How do you know it is the same person? Are you tracking identities?+
No tracking. The link between what the storefront camera and the door camera saw holds only within that single visit. No biometric data is stored, so what is joined up is not a person but an anonymous movement.
Q02Does any video leave the store?+
None. Video is processed inside the on-site device (AI Box) and erased immediately. Only anonymous aggregate numbers leave the store — we cannot see the original footage either.
Q03How many cameras do we need?+
You can start with one. A single camera at the door reads attention in front of the signage; add a second and you follow it through to how many of the people who passed actually came in.
Q04Can it also run content and switch it?+
Yes. Content is scheduled through the system and can be set to change according to the estimated gender and age band of whoever is in front of the screen. The estimate is anonymous — no identity is created or stored.
Q05What is the minimum measurement period?+
We start with a two to three month pilot. Entry-per-passer-by conversion swings with the day of the week and the weather, so it takes about that long for a baseline to settle. Once it has, you can change the content and compare before and after.
Q06Can stores be compared when their environments differ?+
We align the metrics and measurement zones on one standard first, then correct for each store's camera view and data quality. Locations with different doorway widths or traffic directions get their own baseline in the pre-install survey.
Q07How is pricing decided?+
By the number of doorways, the measurement period and the installation work. Two cameras cover both the storefront and the entrance; one is enough if you only need entries. Send a photo or plan of the entrance and we will come back with a setup and a quote.
