SpaceVision AI Inc. determines why and how personal information is processed on this website. When you follow a link to another website, that website's privacy policy applies.
Website inquiry data is separate from the de-identified behavior data generated by our products on site. Our on-device and de-identification approach is described on the Trust & Security page.
2. Information we process

- 02Information newsletter subscribers provide: email, name, company, and the date and time of consent to receive marketing email
- 03Newsletter opens: a small image in each newsletter records whether and when it was opened, using an anonymous identifier derived from your email address rather than the address itself. Nothing is recorded if your email app blocks images
- 04Information generated when you use the website: IP address, browser and device information, access time, requested URL, advertising-attribution parameters (UTM and click identifiers), error logs, and security logs
- 05We do not ask for government identifiers, payment details, biometric data, or other sensitive information through the website inquiry form.

4. Retention and deletion

When we receive a deletion request, we identify information that is not legally required and process the request without undue delay.
Newsletter subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address and the unsubscribe date so we do not contact you again, and delete the rest without undue delay. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email or by replying, and we confirm the result within 14 days.
5. Service providers and international processing
This website uses hosting infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. Access logs and technical information may be processed on service-provider infrastructure as part of delivering the website. With consent, we use Microsoft Clarity from Microsoft Corporation and Google Analytics from Google LLC to understand site usage and Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. on selected advertising landing pages to measure campaign performance. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States; where required, appropriate safeguards for international transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. We may request reasonable verification to protect your information before fulfilling a request.
8. How we protect information
We apply reasonable measures required by applicable law and appropriate to operating the service. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
